1. Services

GreedInk offers professional artistic tattooing services in Biel/Bienne. Services include custom tattoos, flash tattoos, and consultations.

2. Appointments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via the online booking system
  • A deposit of CHF 100.- is required to confirm the booking
  • The deposit is deducted from the final tattoo price
  • The artist reserves the right to cancel an appointment in case of force majeure

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment
  • Late cancellation (less than 48h): deposit non-refundable
  • One rescheduling allowed with 48h notice
  • No-show without notice: deposit forfeited

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are communicated after consultation
  • Flash tattoos: fixed price as listed
  • Balance due on the day of the tattoo: cash or TWINT
  • The deposit is payable via TWINT or bank transfer

5. Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • A valid ID is required and verified at the session
  • No exceptions will be made

6. Consent Form

Before each session, a digital consent form is sent to the client by email. This form is mandatory and must be completed and signed before the session. It includes:

  • A medical questionnaire to assess possible contraindications
  • Acceptance of these terms and conditions
  • Acceptance of the touch-up policy
  • Explicit consent to the tattooing procedure

The session cannot take place if the form has not been submitted beforehand.

7. Touch-up Policy

  • One free touch-up is offered within 3 months of the session
  • It covers healing defects related to the artist's work, identified and validated by the artist
  • It does not apply if the client has not followed the aftercare instructions
  • It does not apply in case of intentional modification of the tattoo (excessive sun exposure, scratching, etc.)
  • Touch-ups in anatomically difficult areas (fingers, elbows, feet) are not guaranteed

8. Contraindications

The artist reserves the right to refuse tattooing in the following cases:

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Incompatible health condition (fever, contagious illness)
  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Ongoing heavy medical treatment (anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, etc.)
  • Damaged, irritated skin or recent sunburn on the area to be tattooed
  • Consent form not submitted

9. Hygiene and Safety

  • The studio complies with all applicable Swiss hygiene standards
  • Single-use sterile materials (needles, caps, cups)
  • Inks compliant with applicable regulations, traceability ensured
  • Aftercare instructions provided after each tattoo
  • The client is responsible for following the aftercare instructions

10. Intellectual Property

  • Original creations remain the intellectual property of the artist
  • The artist may photograph and publish tattoos created unless the client objects in writing
  • The client agrees to credit the artist when publishing on social media

11. Liability

  • The client must follow aftercare instructions carefully
  • The artist cannot be held responsible for poor healing due to non-compliance with aftercare instructions
  • The artist cannot be held responsible for an allergic reaction not declared in the consent form

12. Artistic Nature of the Service

The client acknowledges that the tattoo constitutes a handcrafted work of art. As a result, the final result may differ from the model, sketch, or reference provided (shape, proportions, colours, details).

The tattoo artist undertakes to respect the spirit of the project validated with the client, without being able to guarantee a strictly identical reproduction.

The client expressly accepts these variations and waives any claim based on minor differences between the model and the final tattoo.

13. Prior Validation

The client confirms having validated the design, placement, and size before execution. No modification may be contested after validation and execution.

The client acknowledges that the tattoo artist is not bound by an obligation of perfectly identical results, but by an obligation of means in the artistic execution.

14. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the canton of Bern.
